Jaclyn Cheves is an accomplished public health, policy, and program development professional with a deep passion for igniting positive change. She is a Certified Health Education Specialist and Wellness Coach with a Master of Public Health degree from Emory University and 17 years of experience working across the public health spectrum—from small nonprofit and private organizations to large healthcare organizations, and local, state, and federal government agencies.
She started her career at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and has held multiple Director and Government Affairs Liaison roles for organizations focused on improving the built environment and food systems, preventing childhood obesity and Type II diabetes, increasing immunization rates, reducing substance use, and more. Jaclyn founded Partner for Health based on a community action model to address social determinants of health, ensuring everyone has the opportunity to attain their full health potential regardless of their circumstances.
