Provided recommendations with the Denver Sustainable Food Policy Council to the City of Denver on regulations and policies to amend the Denver Zoning Code and allow for a new type of home business (or “home occupation”). This allows the retail sale of fresh, uncut produce and cottage foods produced by the seller on residentially zoned property.
